Free Deliveries
Under no circumstances will the driver enter the consumer’s property. If you require Threshold delivery you must request it PRIOR to dispatch of merchandise. Once carrier picks up item from our premises there is no possible way to recall shipment or to change delivery type.NO EXCEPTIONS.
Free ground shipping is available on all appliance online orders that ship to a single U.S. address. This Free shipping offer are Tailgate or Curbside deliveries. The customer is responsible for taking appliance off the truck Orders for accessories without equipment may not qualify for free ground shipping. This offer applies to U.S. delivery addresses in the 48 continential states.
This free ground shipping offer may be used in conjunction with other promotional offers. However the free ground shipping does not apply to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico.
We reserve the right to change or discontinue this free shipping offer at any time.
*Some items are shipped via UPS or FedEx ground deliveries. Items that weigh in excess of 150 lbs must be shipped via a common carrier. These deliveries made via common carrier are "curbside" "tailgate" or "threshold" deliveries. Please be advised there must be a person available at time of delivery.
Our Return Policy
*Most Items can be returned back to us for a full refund within 30 days of purchase with NO restocking fees. However, the customer will be responsible for the original and return shipping cost. Some Items are "Special Orders" and are not refundable. Under no circumstances will we accept any returns unless the items are in their original carton, unused with all packing material intact. Email info@ffemax.com to receive an RMA # for all returns. FFEmax.com will not accept any returns without an RMA # assigned. All returns must be sent freight prepaid and insured.
Delivery & Damaged Shipments
*VERY IMPORTANT*
When you receive your order PLEASE be sure to follow these guidelines..
1) CUSTOMER MUST BE PRESENT TO EXCEPT AND FULLY INSPECT PRODUCT!
2) Fully inspect all deliveries before signing the receipt even if the carton appears to be in good shape and shows no sign of damage. Please note, Carrier will not approve any
damage claims which recipient has already signed for. DO NOT ACCEPT broken or cracked merchandise under any circumstances.
3) Please carefully open carton and fully inspect
product. If any damage is found or you do not want to accept the item, simply refuse the delivery and we will immediately ship a replacement.
Defective Items
It is the policies of all manufactures that if you receive a defective product it must be serviced by a local certified servicer in your area. It canot be returned for a refund until it has been serviced and deemed unrepairable. Please contact our customer service representatives by email, live person or phone to get a list of a local servicer in your area. This is covered under the manufacturers warranty and there is not cost to you. Unless it is an installation or application issue or the product has been repaired or modified by a non-certified servicer.
Cancellation Policy
*Orders can be cancelled prior to shipping by emailing sales@ffemax.com. Please include your order number and reason for cancel. Please note If you cancel your order after your order has been shipped you will incur restocking charges and return freight charges..
Credit Card Orders
The "Bill To" name given on your order must be the same exact name and address where your credit card statement is mailed to. Your credit card statement will show the merchant name as Hospitality & Building Services LLC which is the parent company of FFEmax.com.
Sales Tax Will Be Added To All Orders In New York State.
